2. Trademarks

“POPX”, the POPX logo, and “Mini UV” are trademarks of Yuval Cohen. You may use the POPX name in editorial and tutorial contexts (e.g. “Built with POPX”) but you may not use the marks in a way that suggests endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation without prior written consent.

3. Reporting infringement of POPX

If you find POPX (the .tox file or any of its components) being redistributed, mirrored, sold, or repackaged without authorization, please report it to support@popx.tools with:

  • The URL or location of the infringing material.
  • A short description of what is being infringed (e.g. “full POPX 1.3.0 .tox file uploaded to a Discord server”).
  • Any context that helps confirm the source (screenshots, internal version markers visible).

All reports are reviewed; legitimate reports lead to takedown notices to the relevant host, platform, or marketplace.

4. Reporting infringement on popx.tools

If you believe content hosted on popx.tools (in tutorials, the learn section, or user-generated areas) infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@popx.tools including:

  • Your name, address, email, and (if applicable) the rights holder you represent.
  • A clear description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  • The URL of the infringing material on popx.tools.
  • A statement, made in good faith, that the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

We respond to valid notices by removing or disabling access to the material. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.

5. Counter-notification

If you believe content of yours was removed or disabled in error, you may send a counter-notice to support@popx.tools including:

  • Your name, address, email, and physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Consent to the jurisdiction of a court in the country of your address (or, if outside the US, in Israel) and to accept service of process from the original notifier.

6. AI-generated content and training

POPX’s code, shaders, internals, documentation, and gated learn material are not licensed for use as training data, fine-tuning data, or retrieval-augmented inputs for AI systems, including by automated scrapers and research crawlers. You may, of course, use POPX inside your own pipelines that happen to involve AI tooling — see the Acceptable Use Policy.

7. Third-party rights

POPX may incorporate or interact with components owned by third parties, used under license. Their respective notices remain in effect; nothing in this policy grants you rights in those components beyond what their licenses allow.
