Heightfield Layer
fields/heightfield-layer·v1.5.1
IN:2 OUT:1
SUMMARY
Heightfield Layer combines two height fields. It resamples the second input at the first one's sample positions by world position, so the two can differ in resolution and extent, and composites the chosen Source Layer onto a layer of the first with Replace, Add, Subtract, Difference, Multiply, Maximum, Minimum, Blend or Screen.
Base, layer and final scale and offset reshape each side before and after compositing, Clamp Minimum and Maximum limit the result, and the falloff restricts where the second field is applied. Outside the second field, or with no second input, the first height field passes through unchanged.
